You’ve claimed your 10-Year Limited Warranty, What’s covered?
Warranty Coverage:
This 10-Year Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of The55 Training Bag and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care.
- Zippers, Straps, Seams: Failures related to zippers, straps, stitching, or seams under normal use conditions.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, scuffing, or minor damage from regular use over time.
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Cosmetic Changes: Changes in appearance (such as colour fading or scratches) that do not affect the function of the product.
- Improper Use: Damage from improper use including overloading, exposure to harsh conditions, or use inconsistent with the intended purpose.
Warranty Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

- Evaluation: Upon receipt of the product and evaluation, we will determine whether the damage falls under warranty.
- Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered by this warranty, we will either repair the product or replace it with a comparable item at no cost to you.
Limitation of Liability:
The55.fitness’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under the terms of this warranty. The55.fitness is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty is governed by the laws of United Kingdom
